And Let's Add Another Challenge While We're at It…

Since I’m already doing my best to follow the principles from the Primal Blueprint diet, and I’ve even started incorporating Mark’s ideas for working out, it seems silly that I wouldn’t take the yearly 3-week challenge to do what I’m already doing. Easy win, right?

Well, except for that sleep part. I’ve been averaging more like 5 to 6 hours a night, and now I’ll need to get 8. I’m not sure how I’m going to pull that one off…

In any case, I’m now up to 3 challenges at once, so here’s hoping my limited willpower holds out. I’ll keep you posted (since one of my challenges is to blog daily).

Disclaimer: Although I’ve had good results with these health principles and so have a lot of other people, I don’t necessarily subscribe to the theories behind them, specifically inter-species evolutionary biology over millions of years and that grain and legumes are poisons. I try to do what works, and this is working for me and my current goals, i.e. getting healthy.
